2022 Fall Decor Trends
Fall is right around the corner which means now is the perfect time to start decorating! It’s never too early… right? In this blog, we are going to break down the expected trends that are coming in the next few months! Between woven textures, earth tones, and natural wood, we’re sure that these fall trends are going to look amazing in anyone’s home!
This past summer, we saw trends of organic, natural, and neutral colors and materials being used. This fall, we are expecting to see warm neutral tones with interesting and unique shapes. We hope that you’re able to find some inspiration for your home.
Earth Tones
Colors like sand, cinnamon, terracotta, copper, and oatmeal, are all colors that fall under the earth tone category. This year, we’re all excited to have natural colors, avoiding the cools and grays that were seen last year. The nice thing about this trend is that if you’ve followed the neutral palette trend already going on, you may not have much left to update. Maybe you could swap out some pillows, throw blankets, and fake flowers for rust colored pillows, oatmeal-woven throw blankets, and red fake flowers.
Natural Woods
Natural wood colors and materials are coming back in-style while gray-toned woods are slowly decreasing in popularity. Accents can be seen in floating shelves and cabinetry in both bathrooms and kitchens.
If you already have gray-toned wood accents in your home, you can easily incorporate more natural woods through coffee tables, chairs, and picture frames.
Woven Materials
Baskets in all shapes and sizes are great ways to incorporate this trend into your living room and/or bedroom. Woven rugs, rattan furniture, and little stools are all other options! Another item that shows off the rattan and organic materials are plush pumpkins. They look amazing in any room and define the season without being over-the-top.
